I'm new to the forum today. I have 9 year old daughter who has suffered with allergies since aged 6 months. Is it possible to have 'internal' ezcema? ie. vaginal? We are desperately searching for help.

Yes, in my experience with patients you can have 'eczema' or dermatitis on any part of the skin. I have come across vaginal, labial and anal eczema. Nasty! My first thought would be to assess if she's reacting to any soap, washing powder, cotton or nylon knickers etc etc. Cotton is very heavy in pesticides and can be irritating. Try organic. You could also arrange a swab to check for fungal infection if you haven't already.
Meantime, for the itch, Higher Nature do a great intimate lubricant called V Gel which is based on aloe vera gel. You might want to give that a go.
