Workshops for parents of allergic children

Hi -
I was wondering whether anyone had been to any workshops and could tell me if they are any good? I se that the Anaphylaxis Campaign (http://www.anaphylaxis.org.uk/home.aspx) run some, and I see that Action Against Allergy are running one next month (http://www.actionagainstallergyworkshops.org/) but it means a lot of organisation for me to get there and I don't want to do so if they don't really tell you anything you don't already know...

for many reasons, and i can particularly recommend the teen/parent workshops .
