Default New book on coeliac disease

Some regulars to the forums will already be aware that I'm writing a new book on coeliac disease for my publishers Sheldon Press. The idea is to produce a supportive 'what you need to know' guide which is both practical and informative - and up to date. So much is going on in coeliac research and development that my publishers and I both felt it was much needed.

Anyway, I'm really interested in hearing from coeliacs - specifically about what you'd like to see in a book. I obviously want to produce something helpful, but with limited space it's difficult to know where the put the emphasis. Food safety? Travel advice? Nutrition? Emotional support? These are all subjects I plan on tackling, but if you have any thoughts on what else you'd like to see, feel free to drop me an email through my personal site, comment on my allergy and intolerance blog, or respond here. I'd be really grateful for your thoughts.

I'll also be interviewing several coeliac specialists and gastros over the coming weeks, so if you have any questions put to them, happy to take suggestions...

Thanks for reading.
