Default 'Electrosensitivity is a disability'!

Three cheers for Ontario, Canada! I have just read that they have joined the select band of governments who actually recognise electrosensitivity as a disability...

Environmental Sensitivity is a Disability
Environmental Sensitivity, including electro-hypersensitivity, is recognized as a disability under the Canadian Human Rights Code. As such, all workplaces, including educational institutions (schools) have a duty to accommodate students and staff diagnosed with environmental sensitivities.

Employers have a duty to accommodate persons with environmental sensitivities under the Canadian Human Rights Code as well as the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
