AWT's new stock cubes

Way back, rather than drinking a herbal tea or caffe latte, one might well have a hot cup of Bovril or Marmite – or even a stock cube dissolved in boiling water. So, when wondering how to test out the new AWT stock cubes, we decided to do just that - have them as a drink.

And jolly tasty they were. The chicken really does taste chickeny and the vegetable stock tasted fresh – and full of vegetables! The stocks are organic and gluten and yeast free and, although they do have a lot of salt (rock salt is the first ingredient on the ingredients list...) they really do not taste salty – just flavourful.

The AWT stock cubes cost 99p for six cubes, each making 500ml stock and are part of the Sainsbury's freefrom re-launch.
