Orgran gluten-free pastry mix

Organ’s new pastry mix is not only gluten and wheat free but dairy and egg free too – and it tastes great. Based on corn, rice, tapioca, potato and yellow pea flours it is easy to make up (we used Pure dairy-free spread as the fat) and bakes into a crisp, biscuity paste. We made it as short crust and used it for a (very tasty) raspberry jam tart but they say that it will also work for puff pastry.
