Starbucks and Genius gluten-free bread have come together to fill the take-away-sarnie gap with a tuna/mayo sandwich now available in all Starbucks outlets.
Pole and line-caught Skipjack tuna with roasted tomatoes and basil mayo, topped with rocket leaves served on Genius gluten free bread.
Please, everyone, go and buy lots so that Starbucks (and their competitors) realise how many gluten-avoiders there are out there and how worth their while it would be to provide a range of gluten-free sandwiches!
