Freefrom Coconut Banana Ice Cream

Corn, egg, gluten, lactose, milk, nightshade, nut, peanut, sesame, soya & wheat free

Ingredients

  • 200 ml coconut milk (½ can)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 vanilla pod

Method

  1. Peel the bananas and blend with the coconut milk.
  2. Scrape the seeds from the vanilla pod and stir them into the mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a tub with a lid and freeze.
  4. Remove from the freezer to mix every 10 minutes until frozen.
  5. Remove from the freezer about 20 minutes before you want to eat the ice cream or place the tub in some warm water if you want to speed up the process.
