Strawberry and Coconut Lollies

Corn, egg, gluten, lactose, milk, nightshade, nut, peanut, sesame, soya & wheat free

Healthy and delicious. I tried dipping these in chocolate which worked fine but I actually preferred them without. If you fancy adding chocolate just melt a bar and wait for it to cool (but not set) and then spread over the lollies straight from the freezer. It sets almost immediately so you don't have to refreeze them if you want to eat them straight away.

Serves 6

Chocolate adnd pear pudding


  • 175g coconut yogurt
  • 1 punnet of ripe strawberries


  1. Whizz half the strawberries until smooth.
  2. Mix this puree with the coconut yogurt.
  3. Chop the rest of the strawberries quite into small pieces.
  4. Stir the chunks into the yogurt mixture.
  5. Pour as evenly as possible into 6 lolly moulds.
  6. Freeze and enjoy.
