Freefrom Seedy Praline Crunch
Corn, egg, gluten, lactose, milk, nightshade, nut, peanut, soya & wheat free
A delicious addition to all of those wonderful dairy-free ice creams available now.
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp pine nuts,
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- In a pan gradually heat the sugar until it melts and caramelises. Be careful not to burn it as it can turn very quickly from caramel to burnt caramel!
- Stir in the seeds and pine nuts and make sure they are all well covered.
- Oil a piece of aluminium foil and, with an oiled spatula, spread the mixture out as thinly as you can on the foil.
- Allow to cool.
- When cold, break up into little pieces and sprinkle over ice cream.
